Share your goals, current routine, any concerns, and the type of coaching you’re interested in. The more detail you provide, the easier it is to create a plan that fits your needs.
Getting started is easy. Simply complete the coaching intake form with as much detail as possible, and we’ll take it from there.
No, you do not need to have everything figured out beforehand. Eva’s Fitness can help you clarify your goals and decide what approach makes the most sense for you.
Yes. Eva’s Fitness creates personalized plans based on your individual needs and goals, rather than using cookie-cutter programs.
Brain-based and neuro training is an integrated blend of functional neurology, pain relief, performance enhancement, and Z-health methods. It can be incorporated to help support your fitness goals and movement quality.
Coaching is designed to help clients work toward their own fitness goals with a plan tailored to them. Whether you’re focused on performance, movement, or building a consistent routine, the program is built around your needs.
Every client journey begins with a comprehensive health history intake before your first session. I then conduct detailed movement, gait assessments, and neuro-centric testing to discuss your specific goals. This initial baseline allows me to build a fully personalized roadmap tailored to your body's current capabilities, structural needs, and long-term targets.
During your first appointment, I review your health history, medical background, past injuries, and daily lifestyle demands. I follow up with a thorough gait assessment, alongside specialized brain-based evaluations like visual tracking (eye movements) and vestibular function (inner ear balance). This comprehensive evaluation ensures every exercise in your program is safe, targeted, and highly effective.
Neuro-centric training focuses on how your brain and nervous system control movement, pain, and balance. By combining a functional gait assessment with evaluations of visual tracking (eye movements), vestibular function (inner ear balance), and joint sensory receptors, I target the neurological root causes of movement limitations, stiffness, or compensation patterns to optimize how your body moves and feels.
Not at all. Programs are designed for every fitness level, from complete beginners to active athletes. Whether you are returning to exercise after years away or looking to break through a performance plateau, your plan is calibrated to your current baseline and progresses at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Every session sits on a spectrum between rehabilitation and athletic performance. By using a gait assessment and mobility checks to identify root-cause muscle imbalances, nervous system threat responses, and movement restrictions from former injuries, I structure exercises to restore optimal control, rebuild joint stability, and enhance functional strength without aggravating old injuries.
Rehabilitation and performance training are not separate disciplines; they exist on the exact same continuum. Neuro-focused movement training retrains your brain and nervous system to control body mechanics efficiently. Correcting underlying joint, visual, vestibular, or neural inputs automatically improves strength, stamina, balance, and power.
