Eva Scott has been my personal trainer for 3+ years. She is really exceptional with a deep background and understanding of how the human body and brain work together. She has been instrumental in helping me increase my athleticism, strength, endurance and balance. Eva's understanding of the science of personal training and her ability to motivate and keep my workouts interesting, have all been important in my journey to better health. Additionally, when I have experienced back pain or shoulder and neck pain, Eva has worked with me to alleviate pain and heal by diagnosing and providing appropriate exercises and physical therapy techniques. This has been a much appreciated and valued component of her work with me. My son is a professional athlete and he is also impressed with Eva’s use of neuroscience in her work and with the variety of techniques that Eva uses. I highly recommend Eva as a personal trainer who has a broad background to help her clients with everything from weight loss to posture improvement, strength and conditioning training, pain management, weightlifting, balance, coordination and cardio training. AND she is fun to work with, a great communicator and flexible with her schedule.
